HTML Access

1. Open your browser and go to https://srv-view.ue.local/. If necessary, add this website as an exception in your browser. Instructions are provided at the end of this document.
2. Click the VMWare Horizon HTML Access button.
3. In the next window, log in using the operating system user credentials you will be using, and click Login (you will receive the correct login details from your course instructor).
4. After successfully logging in, available machine pools will be displayed. Left-click on the chosen pool to log in.
5. The Windows system will be displayed in the browser window.

Adding an Exception for srv-view.ue.local

Note: If you encounter session disconnection issues (a known issue in some versions of Google Chrome), try using a different browser such as Firefox.

You can use one of the available portable versions, which do not require installation. Below is a pre-configured Firefox 46 Portable browser. Extract the archive, for example, to your desktop. Do not use this browser for purposes other than accessing Horizon!
