Updating the Microsoft Store Application

When searching for applications in the Microsoft Store, there may be instances where the desired application is unavailable.

In such cases, it is necessary to reset the Microsoft Store application.

  1. Search for the Microsoft Store application within your system’s applications by typing store into the search bar. If the application is found, select App Settings.
  2. A new window will appear containing information about the application.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Reset field. To repair the application, click the Reset button.
  4. After reopening the Microsoft Store application, enter the name of the app you need to install into the search bar and select it from the list. The “Product not found” message should no longer appear.
