Logging into eDMS MAYAN

To log in to the eDMS MAYAN system (electronic document management), follow these steps:

  1. Go to the website: https://doc.ue.katowice.pl
  2. Enter your login credentials, as for your domain account, for example:
    1. Login: e.g., jakowalski (first two letters of the first name and surname – Jan Kowalski) or annowak (from Anna Nowak)
    2. Password: the same password used for the above-mentioned domain account

What to do if you don’t have a domain account password?

To set the password for accessing the eDMS MAYAN system:

  1. Click on the Zapomniałeś(-łaś) hasła? link and log in with your uekat.pl email account on the IT Services Portal.
  2. After logging in, you will be able to set a new password for accessing the eDMS MAYAN system.
