I want to send mailing to all students/employees. How does it work?

  Messages should be sent in accordance with Rector’s Regulation No 35/18

Rules for sending messages to mailing lists

• An employee of the University who reports to the Rector, Vice-Rector for Education and Internationalization or Vice-Rector for Research and Academic Staff, in accordance with the organizational chart, sends a message (with the name of the list to which he wants the message to be sent) to mailing-edu@ue.katowice.pl.
• An employee of the University reporting to the Chancellor or his deputies in accordance with the organizational chart sends a message (with the name of the list to which he wants the message to be sent) to mailing-adm@ue.katowice.pl.

• It is also possible to subscribe by visiting the list information page Available mailing lists
• The obligation of an employee to subscribe to the correct list is specified in Rector’s Regulation No 118-16 Appendix No 1.
