Accounts on the University e-mail server only.
The password may be changed as follows:
- an employee will send a confirmation request to the e-mail address provided in the data for password recovery.
- send a request to change the password to the address odzyskajhaslo@ue.katowice.pl. The sender’s e-mail address must match the e-mail address provided in the data for password recovery.
Enter the name of the e-mail account in the subject line. Example: Please unlock the e-mail account: user.
Students who have lost their e-mail password to the Google Workspace for Education domain may change it:
- send a request to change the password to the address adm.konta@uekat.pl
- in person at the IT Centre, building AITC in room 4/15
