How to Access the LEX Portal

Thanks to an agreement with Wolters Kluwer, access to the LEX portal is available across the entire university campus at http://ip.lex.pl.

Access to the LEX portal from outside the university network is possible after configuring a proxy server.

Note: After configuring the proxy server, you must close your browser and reopen it.

For convenience, you can use an alternative browser dedicated to accessing resources that require the configured proxy. In the address field of the internet browser, enter http://ip.lex.pl.
If the browser is configured correctly, a login window will appear.

After entering the correct login credentials (the same as for wireless network access—e.g., firstname.lastname@uekat.pl or firstname.lastname@edu.uekat.pl), the portal’s page will open.

In the top-right corner of the page, the IP address for which access is granted will be displayed in green.

If the IP address is displayed in red, the proxy server was not configured correctly. To enter the LEX program, press the designated button shown above.

Logging into the portal is not required!

After finishing, restore your browser’s original configuration.
