How do I log in to Google Workspace university e-mail for the first time?

An account to access to the university e-mail has been created automatically for each student!

First login to the university account of the first year of studies in the academic year 2024/2025.

 

To log into the university email for the first time, go to gmail.com, enter your email address in the edu.uekat.pl domain (the correct address can be found in your student profile on USOSweb), and use the password consisting of UE followed by the last 6 digits of your album number, e.g., UE123456.

The email address consists of the student’s first name and last name, i.e., firstname.lastname@edu.uekat.pl. In case of duplicate names, a number is added after the last name, so please be mindful of this.

Upon successful login, a form will appear to set a new password for the aforementioned email address.

Former UE students in Katowice already have an account in the edu.uekat.pl domain, which does not require reactivation.
