Filling out applications by Employees

To submit an electronic application, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Personnel Management Office website and select Documents and Forms to Download from the menu.
  2. Expand the Leave section and select the Submit Application Online button in the relevant leave document.
  3. Log in with your uekat.pl domain email account.
  4. Depending on your role, select your organizational unit/department/chair, and then your supervisor.
  5. Complete the remaining fields in the form and submit the application.

An automatic message confirming the submission will be sent, but this does not indicate that the application has been reviewed.

Once the application is accepted or rejected, the employee will receive a separate email notification.
