Exporting Class Groups to an Excel File from the IT Services Portal – for Teachers

Every course instructor can check class groups and export the list of students to an Excel file. To do this, follow these steps: on the main page of the IT Services Portal (PUI), select the Classes tile and log in using your @uekat.pl account; after logging in successfully, a sorted and filtered list of class groups assigned to the instructor will appear. This list contains information such as subject name, subject code, class type, group number, number of students

The Excel button, located to the right of the class groups for each subject, allows you to generate an Excel file containing the basic student data (including email addresses) for each available group.
