Accounts on the University e-mail server only.
The password cannot be recovered, but it can be changed to a temporary one.
Password reset takes place from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 15.00
Users who have not provided data for password recovery must report in person to the IT Centre, building AITC room 4/15.
The password may be changed as follows:
Send a request to change the password to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. The sender’s e-mail address must match the e-mail address provided in the data for password recovery. Enter the name of the e-mail account in the subject line. Example: Please unlock the e-mail account: user.
An employee will send a confirmation request to the e-mail address provided in the data for password recovery.
Following confirmation, a temporary password will be sent, and that one must be changed according to this procedure.
Students who have lost their e-mail password to the Google Apps for Education domain may change it:
in person at the IT Centre, building AITC in room 4/15
Students are required to present a student ID!
